About this facility
Lakeside-Milam residential center is a drug and alcohol treatment facility located 20 minutes outside of Seattle. The center offers individualized treatment programs for adult men and women. Lakeside- Milam’s inpatient program provides medically supervised treatment that is tailored to the individual. The treatment plans include individual counseling, nutritional education, physical therapy, relaxation and stress-management techniques, and 12-Step programming. Lakeside-Milam also offers a family education program where counselors provide tools to help aid in the entire family’s recovery. The center encourages participation in Alcoholics, Narcotics, or Cocaine Anonymous meetings. Treating over 100,000 individuals since 1983, Lakeside-Milam Recovery Centers has built an active alumni group. Every quarter, the center hosts an alumni-dinner and guest speaker event at no charge to former clients. An annual summer picnic with food, games, face painting, raffle drawings, and live music is also organized. Private Facebook groups and an alumni app provide additional connection to the Lakeside-Milam recovery community. Lakeside-Milam residential center is CARF accredited and accepts most major insurance carriers.
