iRely Recovery is a holistic alcohol and drug rehabilitation center located in Los Angeles, situated in the Sherwood Forest neighborhood. Their treatment programs are run out of two English Tudor–style homes offering a peaceful, boutique-style environment for up to 9 clients. The center was founded by individuals in recovery themselves, who wanted to create a trauma-informed, compassionate space that emphasizes individuality and healing.
iRely Recovery offers a continuum of care that includes medically assisted detox (typically 3–10 days), residential treatment, and robust aftercare and alumni support programs. Their clinical offerings include individual, family, and group therapy, as well as an array of evidence-based and experiential approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Somatic Experiencing, adventure therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and more. They treat a wide range of substance and process addictions, while also addressing dual diagnoses involving mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and more.
