About this facility
iRecover Addiction Center is a CARF accredited, abstinence-based drug and alcohol treatment program with locations in Alberta and British Columbia, Canada. iRecover is a rapid access facility, meaning there is no wait list or doctor referral needed. The program is 4, 8, or 12 weeks in length. Participants receive 1-on-1 counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group therapy, and 12-Step fellowship meetings (both in-house and in the community). After completing treatment, participants are given a computer tablet that is pre-loaded with the whole program's materials. This allows them to continue attending the 4 live 12-Step sessions each day. Additionally, this encourages ongoing aftercare by allowing participants to stay in touch with one another to deepen relationships and offer daily responsibility.
iRecovery in Alberta, Canada opened in 2020 and is located in the rural farmlands of eastern Alberta. The hotel-like facility with 27 rooms is nestled in the countryside. Participants are likely to hear cows mooing as they graze or see a deer in the field. Here, participants meet together and take part in group therapies and communal meals. Both facilities have private rooms, a fitness center, and healthy meals.
Pricing is as follows: Medically supervised detox is $5,200, the 4-week program is $17,00 + tax, and the 8-week program is $28,000 + tax. Aftercare is included after completing the program.
