Impact Outpatient Treatment offers intensive outpatient services (IOP) in-person as well as virtual outpatient services just outside of Louisville, Kentucky. Impact also has experience and knowledge in helping with various mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Their IOP program includes 15-25 hours of intense group therapy and 1 hour of individual therapy. Impact Outpatient utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), life skills, employment education, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, and 12-Step philosophy with individualized treatment plans . While Impact Outpatient does not offer Sober Living housing, they know where the best housing options are and provide information and community help for those looking for sober living options. The Impact Outpatient facility strives to provide a non-judgmental space in a welcoming environment.
