Holina's has programs that tend to run about 10 days, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 12 weeks based on which therapies clients need and how long they can take time for treatment. A health cleanse might take 10 days, while the 12-week program allows time to try multiple therapies in the all-inclusive package or standalone packages for intensive trauma and pain recovery.

Thoughtfully designed to offer tranquility and modern comforts, each space has an en-suite bathroom, desk and chair. Clients can request riverside and poolside rooms. The staff clean the rooms daily. Their meals include continental, Thai, and vegan cuisines that their 5-star chef prepares, and they can accommodate most diets with advanced notice.

This free 6-month program reinforces recovery strategies, encourages 12-Step engagement, and offers guidance through unexpected challenges, ensuring long-term success.
