This addiction treatment center in Terre Haute, Indiana offers accessible and effective care through comprehensive treatment services including detox for alcohol and drug addiction, with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) if needed. Depending on the level of care that each client needs, they can either attend a residential program or Hickory Recovery’s intensive outpatient program (IOP). On average, most clients go to residential treatment for 28 days and outpatient treatment for 30-60 days. Clients attend IOP for 3 days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 3 hours daily. Additionally, transportation to and from treatment can be arranged.
Each client can rest assured that their unique needs will be addressed because each treatment plan is customized. The clinicians use a combination of evidence-based therapies and holistic approaches to treat addiction. They will commonly use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), yoga, nutritional counseling and recreational therapy.

Their clinicians are trained to treat both the addiction and the co-occurring disorder at the same time, as they are directly linked to each other. Some of the most common co-occurring disorders they treat are depression, anxiety, bipolar and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
