Goodsky Mental Health Retreat is a private beachside program that focuses on treating trauma, anxiety, and depression. They have tailored programs for teens, young adults, adults, and seniors and offer a range of services for a holistic and personalized approach to treatment. They conduct thorough assessments and testing to get to root causes of issues and will work with clients to create customized plans. Clients are exposed to many different therapies during their stay including neurofeedback, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), a medical review, psychotherapy, equine assisted therapy, art assisted therapy, mindfulness, exercise physiology, and massage and spa treatments. Parts of this program are covered by most major insurance companies, and clients are encouraged to call and confirm. If clients live outside of Queensland, they are required to stay at least 3 weeks. Goodsky Mental Health Retreat is a private 1-on-1 program located on the Sunshine Coast on the beautiful Marcoola Beach. Each client has their own private apartment with ocean front views and beachside access. They can enjoy massages and spa-like treatments during the recovery process. Gourmet, locally sourced meals are prepared by the client’s personal chef and delivered to doors based on specific pathology results. Goodsky has personal trainers for each client, yoga instructors, and adventurous outings.
