Get Into Recovery supports adults with substance use disorders on England’s Isle of Wight. Somerton Lodge is an alcohol-free sanctuary where clinical safety meets a calm, holistic environment. Care includes residential stays, structured online programming, and a partnership with Equilibrium for optional medically supervised detox. Standouts include peer-led support, a peaceful boutique setting, and a bridge between non-clinical recovery and clinical needs.
Get Into Recovery's Quintiva framework blends neuroscience, emotional healing, social connection, behavioural change, and spiritual growth into one body–mind–soul pathway. Created by leading experts and integrating lived experience with clinical insight, it guides purposeful change. Somerton Lodge offers Quintiva’s full depth through a daily programme. Each week clients receive 2 hours of 1-on-1 counseling and 10 hours of group therapy.
Guests stay in private or shared rooms within a peaceful boutique retreat. Days feature chef-prepared meals, refreshments and snacks, gardens, and easy access to coastal and countryside walks. Travel is simple: the team provides help, ferry discount codes with bookings, and pickups or an escort when needed.
