About this facility

Genesis Treatment is a unique program offering primary mental health treatment, substance misuse, and process addiction treatment for adults in the heart of Jerusalem. Genesis Israel provides a broad spectrum of addiction-related and mental health support services, such as gap year support, substance abuse counseling, intensive outpatient (IOP), Day Treatment (PHP), inpatient, and aftercare support. Genesis Treatment incorporates a variety of therapies, infusing real-world experiences with holistic care. Traditional talk therapy, equine therapy, spiritual care, family counseling are just some of the therapies offered. Individualized care is the main focus of treatment, and all programs adhere to kosher standards. In addition, Rabbi Dovid Charlop, their rabbi advisor, carefully curates a spiritual element into every aspect of the programming to support a vibrant Jewish community. The residential program is designed to offer a more intensive type of care in a supportive kosher and Jewish environment. The newly remodeled residential facility is located in the Nachlaot neighborhood, just minutes from the therapeutic clinic. Clients can take part in staff-led activities and outings during residential treatment, complete with transportation. Genesis Treatment strives to provide affordable care with options for tuition and scholarships.
