About this facility
Foundations Wellness Center is a small, yet personalized treatment center offering partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient programing (IOP), a trauma specific program, and faith-based recovery options. Depending on the patient's needs, the length of the treatment may vary. Foundations offers a 28-day program and well as a long term alternative program ranging from 60–120 days.
Foundations also offers specialized programs catering to veterans and those desiring a faith-based treatment approach. The veterans program addresses post traumatic stress along with addiction, anxiety, and trauma. The faith-based program addresses addiction through a spiritual lens with faith-based counseling and 12-Step philosophy.
Foundations Wellness uses both conventional methods and experiential learning strategies. Patients can take part in activities like kayaking, biking, hiking, beach excursions, and snorkeling. Conventional treatment includes individual counseling and small group therapy along with holistic opportunities for massage, chiropractic care, and yoga.
