Having a goal and keeping sober go hand in hand at The Flow Recovery Retreat, which offers an exceptional sober living experience. Positive psychology is a major theme in many of Flow's programs for addiction treatment. Their approach is founded on regaining wellbeing through professional and personal growth, yoga, exercise, and nutrition. An individual treatment plan with 1-on-1 counseling, group therapy, nutrition coaching, workshops, and inspirational events are all offered by Flow's team of life coaches and counselors. The program aims to assist residents in discovering meaning and purpose while forming the positive routines, goals, and habits necessary for sustained sobriety.
Because of Flow's breathtaking location in Phuket, Thailand, residents can partake in an exciting array of sober activities, like snorkeling at local beaches, kiteboarding, surfing, golfing, hiking, paragliding, and so much more. Flow Retreat’s gorgeous facility can host up to 9 people in fully furnished apartments, with a full kitchen and bath. On-site, residents can enjoy a private swimming pool, a gym, yoga classes, cooking classes, and massage. Flow Recovery Retreat is situated in a bustling neighborhood adjacent to 4 magnificent beaches. The area is home to many excellent local seafood restaurants, as well as cafes and coffee shops. The laid-back way of life and charming local character of Rawai all add to the tranquil atmosphere of the area.
