The center follows a holistic approach combining evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art and equine therapy, and medication management. Life skills and wellness activities, including psychodrama, yoga, meditation, anger and stress management, nutrition support, and family counseling, helps turn new insights into daily habits. For opioid use disorder, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) includes FDA-approved options paired with counseling to support stability and reduce cravings.
Clients meet one-on-one with licensed therapists, work daily with certified counselors, join peer groups, and attend weekly outside 12-Step meetings. Families are invited to learn and participate, and an active alumni program supports aftercare. Veterans and first responders can join dedicated tracks that reflect their experiences and needs.
