About this facility

First Light Recovery helps people facing many mental health struggles. They treat anxiety disorders like obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, and social anxiety. They also support those with depression, bipolar disorder, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), ADHD, and personality disorders. Each person gets care based on their unique challenges, not a one-size-fits-all approach. The center uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to help clients manage emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Daily therapy, group support, and structured routines support lasting change. A dedicated clinical team works closely with each resident to build a personalized treatment plan focused on recovery, growth, and long-term mental health stability. Residents live in a peaceful, home-like setting with 24/7 support from caring staff. The environment encourages rest, routine, and connection with others. Clients eat healthy meals, follow daily schedules, and build life skills in a safe, real-world environment designed to support both healing and growth.
