The Fellowship Center in Escondido, California, helps men ages 18 and up recover from alcohol and drug addiction. They offer both residential and outpatient care, with stays lasting 30 to 120 days. This gender-specific program has supported recovery since 1963 and focuses on helping men rebuild their lives and relationships in a safe, structured place.
The program uses a holistic, strength-based approach built on the 12-Step model. Each man receives an individualized plan, combining group and one-on-one counseling, relapse prevention, psychoeducation, and motivational groups. Family support, SMART goal-setting, and spiritual growth are key parts of the recovery process, making healing possible on every level—mind, body, and spirit.
Residents live in shared homes with clean, sober environments. Staff provide meals daily, along with exercise and structured activities. The Fellowship Center welcomes family during planned visits, and assists with medical and legal appointments, as well as job readiness. Sober living homes are also available for long-term support. The Fellowship Center encourages each man to grow, connect, and prepare for a healthy, hopeful future.
