Along with individual therapy, clients may participate in virtual family counseling sessions or online group therapy, conducted through online video platforms and facilitated by trained therapists. In addition to outpatient telehealth and family or group therapy, Evolve Wellness offers virtually guided meditation sessions and yoga classes as part of their holistic treatment approach.
