The Emily Program was created in memory of Anna Westin, a Chaska woman who died in 2000 after battling an eating disorder. Since then, The Emily Program has flourished into a comprehensive program offering day treatment, intensive outpatient services (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), residential care, and outpatient services. The Emily Program treats adults and adolescents with co-occurring mental health conditions. The Anna Westin House in St. Paul was designed to provide residential treatment specifically for adolescents and young adults.
