The main home hosts a maximum of 8 people, featuring 2 semi-private bedrooms and 2 private en suite bedrooms. In addition to the main house, the carriage behind the property offers more privacy and private rooms. Notably, ELEMENTS can house men and women separately and have nearby townhomes for increased privacy and reduced oversite.
The sober living offerings include gym access, regular in-person AA book studies, Recovery Dharma and SMART Recovery meetings, weekly group processing sessions, yoga sessions, bi-weekly cooking courses, a gym membership, access to a medical director for medication maintenance, acceptance of guests on MAT programs, routine cleaning service, supplementary recovery coaching, life skills training, life coaching, and case management services.
Elements Swiss Ave expects their guests to be actively pursuing employment or volunteering for a minimum of 30 houses a week. The hope is to encourage an active healthy lifestyle, discouraging isolations while building valuable life skills.
