Eaton County Counseling Center uses a person-centered planning model to guide care, offering therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused approaches. Adults may also receive eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing (MI), and health coaching.
