Evidence-based treatment techniques and holistic services are used in each program. Clients participate in group and individual therapeutic services 7 days a week. Clients can enhance interpersonal effectiveness and learn from a community of peers in process groups, which meet five days a week. Dialectical behavioral therapy is used extensively in group therapy (DBT). Discover Recovery is a holistic organization, and their holistic program includes Reiki, massage, yoga, meditation, acupuncture, Tai Chi, and other therapies..
