Tailored Holistic Treatments
Treatment services include evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) that help clients build coping skills and manage challenges. Clients also engage in wellness activities including fitness, nutrition support, mindfulness, and Biosound therapy, which support a more holistic healing.
