Outpatient programs vary from 5 to 40 hours per week, with day treatment, intensive outpatient, and traditional outpatient options available. In addition to its main location, CRI Help offers outpatient treatment at a second North Hollywood location, where they also host bingo games to raise funds. CRI Help seeks to make treatment affordable, offering long-term payment plans and working with most major insurance providers.
CRI Help Pfleger Center offers medically-monitored detox, which typically lasts a week or longer, depending on severity of withdrawal symptoms. Clients also participate in cognitive behavior therapy, medication management, group therapy, psychoeducation, meditation, and 12-Step facilitation. Group therapy includes life skills, goal setting, relapse prevention, trauma, and grief processing, as well as gender-specific groups. CRI Help offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), especially to aid treatment for alcohol and opioid use.
