Copper Springs treats men and women who are struggling with alcohol and drug addictions and co-occurring mental health disorders. Copper Springs has an on-site detoxification program, residential program, Day Treatment (PHP), and outpatient program. Copper Springs specializes in Help for Heroes which is a treatment program that is designed to serve the mental health and substance abuse needs of active duty and retired military personnel, veterans, first responders, and other high-risk frontline professionals. Copper Springs specializes in electroconvulsive therapy, which is a procedure that stimulates the brain by means of a small electrical current that passes through electrodes placed on the clients head. They also specialize in virtual adolescent programs that can help teenagers and adolescents who are struggling with mental health issues. Copper Springs is an evidence-based and holistic rehabilitation center that uses therapies that include art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), music therapy, individual and group therapy, life skills, and family counseling. Copper Springs is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most major insurances. Located just outside Phoenix, Copper Springs is a 72-bed facility that has semi-private accommodations. Clients have access to a gym, yoga, and arts and crafts center. They have a basketball court and an outdoor lounge area. Clients are provided 3 meals a day from a chef that are nutritionally balanced.
