Community Assessment and Treatment Services (CATS) in Cleveland is an outpatient treatment center for clients with substance use and mental health disorders. CATS Cleveland offers outpatient programs for men and women involved in the justice system. Treatment plans are individualized and incorporate evidence-based approaches such as 12-Step programs, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. The facility also offers group and individual counseling, case management services, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and drug testing. The non-intensive track consists of 1-3 days of treatment a week, whereas the intensive one consists of 4 days a week. CATS Cleveland accepts various forms of payment, including Medicaid, private insurance, and self-payment. The facility is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 8 PM and also offers a 24-hour admissions line.
