The programs include family involvement and life skills development. Clear Recovery also has a strong alumni program that meets in weekly support groups on-site. Their personalized treatment approach includes individual therapy, group therapy, mindfulness therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy. They also offer experiential therapies, like yoga, meditation, breathwork, dance/movement therapy, and sound therapy. Detox uses medication-assisted therapy (MAT) to ease the symptoms of opioid and alcohol withdrawal.
