They accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance plans. The center is open from 8 AM to 4 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 8 AM to 7 PM on Wednesday, and 8 AM to 1 PM on Friday. Unlike many of CleanSlate’s other facilities, the Evansville location offers new patient walk-in hours from 9:30 to 11:30 AM and 1:30 to 3:30 PM on Monday through Thursday, and 9:30 AM to 12 PM on Friday.
