Their model is primarily based on using group therapy to help clients never relapse again. Their group therapy sessions are led by a licensed psychotherapist and psychiatrist and the main therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). The treatment schedule is 4 group therapy sessions per week, plus 2 medical and individual therapy appointments per month. Sessions are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with an average duration of 2 hours a session. Attendance to the 1st session is free, giving potential clients an opportunity to determine if Centro Aroboros is right for them.
