About this facility
Centra Health’s Bridges Treatment Center provides residential care for youth ages 6–17 with autism, developmental delays, and behavioral health needs. The program offers 24/7 support, therapy, and education in a safe, structured setting designed specifically for neurodivergent children and teens. Care is personalized to help each child succeed at home, school, and in the community.
The center’s approach includes individual and group therapy, medication management, and support from developmental pediatric specialists. These services help children build emotional regulation, improve social skills, and manage challenging behaviors. By combining therapy and education, the program helps each child grow in confidence and daily functioning.
Bridges Treatment Center offers a home-like environment where children live full-time during treatment. The residential setup includes comfortable living spaces, daily routines, and consistent caregiver support.
