Evidence-based therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure & response prevention (ERP), somatic experiencing, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). The specializedPath to Peacebinge eating disorder (BED) program, available virtually, offers tailored support for those struggling with BED.
The center’s CARE-CFD dietary model—"consistent attuned relational eating"—emphasizes trauma-informed nutrition therapy, collaboration, and body inclusivity with a Health at Every Size® framework. Clients work with a Body Trust-certified dietitian experienced in co-occurring disorders and addiction. Treatment integrates yoga and other activities to foster joy, peace, and support whole-person healing.
