Their "whole person" approach features individualized treatment plans, holistic modalities, and evidence-based therapies including motivational interviewing (MI), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and relapse prevention. Clients develop specific skill sets to effectively manage daily life challenges.
