Many of their licensed therapists have South Asian experience (including therapists who speak Indian or Pakistani languages) or training on BIPOC-inclusive care. Canadian Therapy also has staff experienced in serving LGBTQ+ and pregnant clients. To serve as many people as possible and attract more skilled therapists in Ontario, Canadian Therapy offers both virtual and in-person therapy options. The majority of their clients and therapists meet virtually, but they have an in-person office in the Westmorland neighborhood of Toronto. Canadian Therapy can match clients with therapists during weekdays, weekends, or evenings.
