About this facility

Bright heart health offers virtual and in-person recovery services for men and women who are overcoming addiction, eating disorders, chronic pain or mental health disorders. They offer virtual intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and general outpatient programs. The IOP includes 10 hours of weekly treatment, which includes 1 individual therapy session and 9 group therapy sessions. Clients can also receive 1 on 1 sessions with a registered dietician if necessary. They provide a specialized opioid outpatient program that includes medication management and counseling sessions to address underlying issues that contribute to addiction. The outpatient programs utilize mostly group therapy sessions where clients discuss mental, emotional and physical challenges. The individual therapy portion of treatment helps clients process their emotions and address any hurdles. Clinicians use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), nutrition counseling, living skills, body image counseling, coping skills, experiential therapy, somatic therapy, art therapy and more.
