Their program seeks to empower young men and professionals to transform their lives and discover their true potential. They take a holistic approach to recovery, seeking to heal the mind, body, and spirit. Bluebonnet House allows residents to participate in a recovery program that best resonates with their needs and thus 12-Step involvement is not required. Their campus features a mix of private rooms, shared rooms, and casitas. Only one of the bedrooms is shared though, allowing residents to have a sense of privacy during their stay.
Bluebonnet House provides an array of recovery-related services. They offer cold therapy that decreases cortisol and promotes resilience to stress. They also offer career coaching, weekly grocery store trips, and a gym membership to a fitness center located within walking distance.
