Treatment often begins with medically managed detox to ensure safety and comfort during withdrawal. Licensed medical staff provide 24/7 care in a calm setting. As clients progress, they take part in individual counseling, group therapy, physical activity, and recovery-focused education. Those with both substance use and mental health needs receive care that addresses both at the same time.
Each day includes a mix of counseling, group support, exercise, and healthy meals. Clients also take part in mindfulness, yoga, and other activities that support recovery. Weekend passes, family therapy, and support from recovery mentors help clients reconnect with daily life. The program provides structure, encouragement, and tools to help people stay sober and build healthier routines.
