Located near the intersection of East St. Joseph St. and Schroeder Lane, the free-standing facility provides outpatient care for children, adolescents, and adults. Clients in outpatient programs continue living at home and travel in for therapy and check-ins. The outpatient offers services for depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and mood, attention, and eating disorders.
