Beaches Recovery specializes in dual diagnosis addiction treatment for men, women, and young adults using a holistic approach. Beaches Recovery provides a full continuum of care including medical detox, gender-specific programming, a first responders program, partial hospitalization (PHP), inpatient services, and outpatient services. Clients of Beaches Recovery receive a tailored addiction treatment plan that focuses on the particular needs of the individual. Living at Beaches Recovery is not just about addiction treatment, it’s about learning to live life according to some sort of routine. The program has structured days which may look like morning meditation, group therapy, experiential therapy, individual therapy, exercise, support meetings, and recreational activities. Beaches Recovery provides a wide range of evidence-based therapies and holistic services such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement therapy (EMDR), equine therapy, art and music therapy, bowling, and ropes course work. In addition, Beaches Recovery offers extended 90 day aftercare services to ensure long lasting recovery and an easy transition into daily life.
Beaches Recovery is located in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Clients have the opportunity to live in warm and welcoming beach accessible homes throughout the Jacksonville Beach area. Clients are encouraged to not only enjoy the beautiful surroundings but to also become part of the extensive Jacksonville recovery community. They provide transportation to all therapies, activities, and even to the grocery store.
