Balance Treatment Center believes emotional well-being is a key component on the path to a fulfilling life. Balanced Treatment treats adolescents, young adults, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, gender identity, and oppositional defiant behaviors. Their mission is to improve the lives of individuals and their families by offering holistic mental health treatment. Balance Treatment Center offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and partial hospitalization(PHP). Their IOP and PHP are located throughout California in locations including Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, and Visalia. Treatment is highly individualized and unique per each individual. Treatment can include traditional talk therapy, equine therapy, recreation therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), family and group counseling, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). With a caring staff and personalized treatment programs, Balance Treatment Center is there to help the unique needs of each individual.
