Axiom operates transitional housing across Southern California for people with substance use or mental health concerns who are committed to recovery. Homes are clean, comfortable, and recovery-focused, with encouragement to join life-skills and employment programs. MAT is allowed; with some medications considered on a case-by-case basis, and methadone requires concurrent clinical care. Many residents are referred from partner Creo Spero Recovery, though enrollment isn’t required. Typical monthly costs: $1,000–$1,500 shared; $1,800–$3,000 private. Axiom’s sober living network promotes accountability, routine, and supportive community that reinforce healthy habits alongside outpatient work. Residents engage in quality-of-life and employment activities, strengthening independence and motivation. Clean, structured homes reduce triggers and provide continuity after treatment, helping maintain sobriety through real-world transitions.
