During earthing therapy, clients will be guided through strategies that help eliminate overwhelming thought patterns. Volcanic sand therapy helps clients connect to the Earth, reduces pain, and improves overall health. Color Therapy affects human emotions and can help individuals focus and attain peace. Not only is Avatar’s programs unique, they also have a beautiful 40,000 square foot private facility located in the Ramapo Mountains surrounded by 10 acres of nature.
