Treatment involves numerous therapies including individual therapy, neurofeedback, body image therapy, yoga, martial arts, and recreational activities, all meant to address the underlying cause of the eating disorder. Registered dietitians create effective and creative nutrition plans while family therapy involves everyone in the recovery process, ensuring long-lasting support and results.

There are also a variety of activities and excursions available, such as kayaking, hiking, and fishing.
