Just half a mile east of the Fergus Falls YMCA, Autism Innovation in Motion (AIM) is a developmental program at Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals. AIM serves children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental delays through intensive behavioral intervention. Guided by its mission, AIM works to improve each child’s quality of life by fostering meaningful progress through compassionate, evidence-based care.
Services begin with a comprehensive assessment to guide individualized treatment planning. Therapy may take place at home or in the office, with staff using structured strategies like shaping and reinforcement. Family members are active partners, engaged through regular training, progress updates, and ongoing collaboration to promote consistency, confidence, and growth in every environment where the child lives and learns.
