Therapists guide residents through individual counseling, group sessions, and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Each woman works with a case manager to set recovery goals, manage stress, and develop real-world skills. The program also includes 12-step support, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), anger management, and mental health services to build long-term emotional strength.
