Alsana Santa Barbara - Outpatient is an outpatient facility whose primary objective is to help those struggling with eating disorders, such as anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa, and co-occurring disorders. Alsana abides by their 6 guiding principles to help their clients overcome their struggles, some of which include: be accountable, be lovingly direct, and put the client first. Alsana follows these guidelines to create a team that is highly passionate and driven to help those in who are suffering. Alsana offers a variety of outpatient programs including optional housing with another company. Programs offered include 2 week winter intensives, virtual Telehealth programming, residential, day treatment, IOP, PHP, vegan-friendly programming, LGBTQ+ affirming, and alumni and family programming. Alsana employs their Adaptive Care Model they created to help treat their clients in all areas of their lives, which is structured to promote healthy growth through medical treatment, nutrition, movement, relationships, and therapeutic programs.
