Located on E Los Angeles Avenue, All in Solutions California Outpatient Center offers day treatment and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. The facility features comfortable lounge areas, outdoor dining and group spaces, and games such as ping-pong. Clients can park at the building and the 20 bus line stops within 2 blocks. All in Solutions offers sober living as an option for clients enrolled in their outpatient programs as well as a separate detox and residential treatment program in Simi Valley. All in Solutions is Joint Commission accredited and accepts many private insurance options. Clients engage in individual, group, and family therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-specific approaches. Group topics include relapse prevention, psychoeducation, self-care, anger management, goal setting, communication skills, support systems, and coping strategies. Gender-specific process groups meet twice weekly. All in Solutions follows a 12-Step approach, offering on-site meetings and transportation to offsite community meetings. Clients can also participate in weekend sober activities like zoo trips, movies, and bowling. Day treatment runs from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, for 3-4 weeks on average. Clients enter this program as a step-down from All in Solutions' detox and residential program or other similar programs. The IOP, which follows day treatment, offers more flexibility, meeting from 9 AM to 1 PM, Monday through Friday, and lasting 3-9 weeks based on individual needs. Clients typically spend 30-60 days in outpatient care.
