Aegis Eureka supports individuals facing opioid use disorder through a compassionate, team-based approach. The center provides outpatient care, allowing patients to receive regular support while continuing to live at home, maintain routines, and stay connected to their families and communities. The center uses different kinds of therapy to support recovery. Patients meet with counselors one-on-one, join group sessions with others, and can even include their families in therapy. Life skill classes teach problem-solving and self-control. These therapies work together with medication to help people stay strong and avoid relapse. Since Aegis Eureka is an outpatient program, patients don’t live at the center. Instead, they visit regularly while staying in their own homes or with family.
