The outpatient program is intended for those who have a solid home life and support, as well as those who have less severe mental health disorders. The most common conditions that the clinicians at Adler treat include anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Some of the most common therapies used with the patients at Adler are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), exposure therapy, individual, group and family therapy and eye movement therapy (EMDR).
