Throughout various locations in the Houston area, Adapt Programs provides multiple levels of outpatient detox and treatment programs for individuals struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Their Beaumont location offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults with substance abuse or addiction with co-occurring disorders, and an intensive outpatient program tailored for adolescents. IOP at Adapt Programs offers a structured program with individual, family and group therapy. Addiction education classes are available for patients and their families, in addition to relapse prevention groups and community recovery resources. Clients in IOP meet 3 nights per week for 4 hour sessions with trained addiction specialists. Adapt helps clients reintegrate into daily life with personalized and detailed discharge planning. Community resources and on-going care plans are available for clients based on their specific circumstances and needs. ADAPT Programs provides specialized outpatient services designed for adolescents with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Youth and teens attend 10 hours of treatment per week in a structured environment that promotes peer connection and healing. Patients will participate in individual, group, and family counseling in addition to education classes, 12-step meetings, relapse prevention planning, and spirituality awareness.
