Absolute Sanctuary provides holistic wellness programs in a beautiful setting in Thailand. Absolute Sanctuary has 22 different programs spanning across 15 different categories all aimed at nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. The program seeks to address individual fitness goals, body detoxification, stress management, weight management, healthy lifestyle changes, yoga, pilates, or simply enjoying a meaningful holiday. Each program includes a wellness consultation with bio impedance analysis, nutritious foods, group and private fitness, yoga, and pilates classes along with airport transfer.
With numerous program options, clients can choose what fits their unique needs. For example, the 12-Day integrative program is full of wellbeing activities such as dynamic exercises classes, private sessions, spa treatments, and delicious health food cuisine. The detox program uses proven protocols and expert therapists to ensure toxins are effectively removed in a safe and supportive environment. A mix of colon hydrotherapy sessions, manual lymphatic drainage massage, detox drinks, herbal supplements, and supportive therapies provide the foundation to enhance the body's ability to eliminate toxins and aid in emotional recovery.
Absolute Sanctuary is truly a sanctuary, with a palm tree-lined property and gorgeous interior and exterior amenities. Guests will enjoy a luxurious private bedroom with views of the nearby ocean and a balcony that can be opened to provide fresh sea air. On site, clients can relax in the beautiful infinity pool or meditate in the gorgeous landscaped gardens. Current pricing is $3,750 for a 12-day program although prices may vary per program.
