Located in one of Milwaukee’s most historic neighborhoods, 4th Dimension Recovery provides day treatment and intensive outpatient care for adults overcoming substance use. Sober living is available both to those enrolled in these programs and as a standalone option, creating a safe, structured environment that supports lasting recovery.
Day treatment offers full-day clinical therapy, medical supervision, and skill-building to prevent relapse. Participants typically spend about 30 days in structured group and individual sessions before transitioning to more flexible care.
The intensive outpatient program (IOP) serves as a step down from day treatment, offering half-day therapy while encouraging work, school, or community engagement. Participants often remain in sober living during this phase, usually spending 45 days preparing for independent recovery.
For longer support, 4th Dimension offers 3- and 6-month sober living options. Residents progress through appropriate treatment levels while practicing life skills and 12-Step principles in a safe, communal setting designed to promote lifelong sobriety.
