With outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and telehealth options, treatment is personalized and flexible. The center uses proven therapies to help people heal and grow. These include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and psychoeducation. Clients join both group and one-on-one sessions to learn how to manage symptoms, handle stress, and avoid relapse. 2nd Chance also works with local courts, hospitals, and doctors to help people who are referred by other providers.
